At the request of several of my clients, I’m now running sessions over the summer holidays, specifically to build confidence for that scary start in September!

Whether they are starting a new school, or just returning to a place they were already a bit wobbly about, building confidence for that first day back is vital.

These sessions are open to all, £55 per session online, £65 in person.

📚 Based on my studies in psychology over the last six years, I’ve learnt a lot about behaviour patterns and weight loss.

☀️ I’m aiming to deliver a pilot programme to test these theories over the summer.

☺️ The course will be five sessions (including hypnotherapy) and just £200 in total. (That’s £40 per session instead of the usual £65)

🙋‍♀️ Looking for willing participants who will be happy to share their experiences at the end of the process.

Would you like to take part in a study investigating factors in mental health difficulties among adolescent males?
I am researching as part of my MSc Dissertation in Psychology, with Birmingham City University.
All you need to do is take part in a 30-60 minute interview at your convenience, with no personal or identifiable data collected about your school or students. You can even benefit from a free, informal discussion at the end of the project, to identify how the findings can affect change in your setting, and improve your own practice.
