Dear All due the inclement weather conditions FIT4ALL will be cancelling all classes, Falls Prevention and Moving On due to be held on Monday 5th Jan . A decision regarding Tuesday classes will be made pm on the 5th

Jo and the Team at Barclay are doing an amazing job and to see the smiles on the faces of the lovely residents at Barclay Gardens is a joy

Today was all about fitness!

Fit4All provide such a great service to our residents and the training to enable staff to support the residents safely ❤️

We had seen an improvement in our residents mobility and strength over these past few months.
