❗️ Let’s talk Migraines and do you suffer with them?❗️
⭐️ Migraines - Often caused by painful headaches, usually brought on by other contributing factors such as stress, dehydration, hormone imbalance, meal skipping, exposure to chemicals etc… With symptoms much the same to a headache but will cause sensitivity to light and can go on for 4 - 72 hours in extreme cases with the best solution to lie down in a dark room, with some people finding a cool damp cloth across the forehead to be beneficial.
