Paediatric Care
As specialist paediatric care providers, we are focused on providing first class paediatric services to paediatric clients and their families, by offering support in their own homes, helping them to maximise their independence, well-being and quality of life. The complex paediatric healthcare provided by our experienced healthcare professionals is structured around the standard for disabled children, young people and those with complex needs, which forms part of the governments National Service Frame for Children, Young People and Maternity Service. At The Complete Group, our paediatric care, as with our acquired and traumatic brain injury and spinal cord injury care identifies the needs of the individual and puts in place a care package tailored to their needs, as well as the needs of their families; with all care being provided by Personal Assistants who undergo comprehensive training. In addition to the above services, at The Complete Group, our care team specialise and are experienced in working with ventilator-dependent clients. With all our services, a key feature is our person-centred approach, which includes the involvement of our clients in the recruitment of the Personal Assistants who provide their day-to-day complex care, under the supervision of skilled nurses.
