As you can see we welcome all shapes and sizes to our group and after our Yoga practise we encourage people to stay if they want for a tea/coffee and a wellbeing chat - its been an interesting journey over the last 18 months and all subjects have been covered! The group has members in their 40's right through to our star pupil Arthur who is 92 years young and is very good!
