Open to patients registered at Court Street Medical Practice with children aged 0-3 years.

Did you know, you can now check in for your appointment using your smartphone?

How to check in when you arrive:
1️⃣ Open the camera on your smartphone
2️⃣ Point it towards the QR code in reception
3️⃣ Select the link that appears
4️⃣ This will take you to our check-in website

Please note: the system will only allow you to check in if you are on the surgery premises.

❗ The check-in screen and reception desk remain in place for those who prefer to check in as usual.

🔴 If you require an urgent appointment or prescription, please call Health Hero via 111.

🟠 You can still access the practice reception team for routine queries via the phone, online and in person at the surgery.
