We had such a fabulous time at the Sunday Reset: Guided Meditation and Laughter Therapy yesterday! Everyone who came brought such positive vibes and high energy to the session! We had so much fun!

I have been really careful choosing the photos, so there are no spoilers for next time! 😂😂 Lots of people wanted to come and couldn't make it yesterday, but fear not! I am hoping to be holding regular group sessions for Laughter Therapy and Reiki in the new year. The only thing missing is YOU! 😂😂 🥰🥰 So keep your eyes peeled for upcoming events!
