This is Nina
In oakengates this week, Nina reached her target and what a moment that was for her and for everyone in group. The room just erupted in celerbration 💛
Nina shared her story with group .
And her journey started outside of group with support from her husband, who believing in her helped build her confidence to take that first step through the door and join group .
That belief in her was the beginning of everything.
From there, that confidence has just grown and grown. Week after week, the support, encouragement, and consistency from group has reinforced what she already had at home, helping her keep going even on the tougher days.
And look at where she is now… Nina has lost 4 stone, and has come down 6 dress sizes.
But it’s so much more than numbers. It’s the change in her confidence, her happiness, her energy, and the way she now speaks about herself and her life. It’s a completely different chapter for her.
And she quite simply is a member who care & Kindness shines she is supportive, positive, and loved by everyone . She gives so much back, just by being herself.
When I look at this photo…
It really does remind me exactly why i love my job .
The power of a photo really is something special. One image, capturing so much more than words ever could. Joy. Pride. Support. Belief. Change. A whole journey summed up in a single moment.
