I have just finished reading “How to Thrive with ADHD” and found it really interesting. Even though I don’t have ADHD there are tips, tools and advice I’ll be introducing into my own life.

What a week, and it’s only Tuesday.

I rely on my page a day diary to keep me organised, grounded and not get too far in front of myself (I feel overwhelmed if I do) I like digital diary’s for reminders and adhoc tasks.

I was just looking at this workshop this morning. With it being Tourette’s awareness month and wanted to see how I could increase awareness about the condition.

The exam season is not that far away and I can feel the tension rising. So rather than waiting until 2 days before the exams to start looking after you . Let's look to make some positive changes sooner. Creating good habits for your mental and physical now will improve your general well-being. Setting you up to get the best results you can. Remember you have been working towards these for a longtime.
