Life can be full on especially working full time as a social prescriber, building a business, at the moment completing my Inner You Breath work course, making time for family, myself! and all the usual house stuff, food shopping…. food shopping is my least favourite thing to do 😴

I always keep Sundays free for a recharge, boosting my connection to nature and wellbeing ready for the week ahead 😍
