🌿 Second Sacted Walk Reflection

I was joined by one other beautiful and honestly that felt just right, I know it takes time for people to lean into something new and different and I trust that those that are meant to be there will be ✨

We were blessed with dry weather, we explored a different route through Coalbrookdale and Ironbridge area. The views across the gorge were absolutely stunning (photos don’t do it justice)
We soaked in the peace of the woodland and green open spaces.

These walks aren’t about ticking boxes and following a set path it’s shaped by who turns up and what feels right on the day and that’s the beauty of it 🌱

By the end we felt lighter, grounded and ready for the week ahead
