Telford Health Champions

Telford Health Champions Telford Health Champions volunteer to help improve the Health & Wellbeing of their local community.

We are residents of Telford and we volunteer our time to help improve the Health & Wellbeing of our local communities. We do this by having having healthy conversations with people we meet in our daily lives, some of us have specific health conditions, this makes us experts in those conditions and we are able to educate others and raise awareness. Some of us organise community events that raise aw

areness about health. Through our training, and knowledge of our communities we aim to shape local services to enable our friends, families, neighbours and future generations to live healthy empowered lives. To find out more or how to join us, Email:

A perfect time to give your heart a little extra care.

Men are at higher risk of developing it earlier than women and it's the leading cause of premature death in men β€” but the positive news is that simple steps can help prevent and manage it.

Getting your blood pressure checked or having your NHS Health Check could make all the difference. Don’t put it off β€” it could save your life!
