💙🦢 SaTH Charity’s Swan Fund has celebrated its 10th birthday and thanks to the public's generosity raised a fantastic £100,000.

💙🦢 The money raised is used to support last hours and days care for patients and their loved ones.

💙🦢To celebrate, volunteers and knitters were invited to a thank you café at Shropshire Education & Conference Centre to thank them for their ongoing support.

We've extended the deadline for you to nominate in our annual Trust Celebratory Awards 2025.

The awards will shine a spotlight on our dedicated colleagues and volunteers and thank them for their dedication and compassion. Whether they are on the frontline or working behind the scenes, they play a crucial role in supporting our patients, families, and communities.
