Classes run at the following times:
Lilleshall Memorial Hall on Tuesdays 9.30am.and Wednesdays at 6.45pm
Pilates at 5.30pm
Trinity Cgurch, Shifnal on Thursdays at 9.30am, 5.40pm and 6.50pm
St Andrews, Shifnal is Chair Yoga on Wednesdays at 12.30pm

What a wonderful Mini Retreat we had on Saturday Afternoon.
Starting with our Du Yoga sequence (Living with Wisdom) followed by a Restorative Yin/Yang Deck of Wisom practice with the focus on the 6th Chakra (Ajna/Third Eye) then tucking into some refreshments and having chat. Then ending with Tom's wonderful Gong Bath/Sound Therapy.

Our Story

Yoga and Pilates has so many benefits for all ages and abilities and is becoming so popular.

All Generations Yoga classes have a great atmosphere and are inclusive for everyone albeit slightly quirky.....you will need to try a class to find out how!

Our group classes and private classes have benefitted those with health issues such as back problems, cancer, stroke, muscular skeletal problems such as neck, shoulder, hips and most of all for anxiety, stress and depression. On a Thursday Evening there is a Pregnancy Yoga class too.

Classes benefit not only adults but Children and Babies too, with improved mobility, concentration and tools to help with day to day stresses. We run classes in Schools and Nurseries and some public baby yoga classes too.
