This is a great free opportunity for anybody wanting to combine yoga with the outdoors. Whether you are a regular yogi or interested in giving it a go for the first time.
Yoga offers numerous benefits for both physical and mental well-being. It enhances flexibility, strength, balance, and cardiovascular health, while also promoting stress reduction, improved mood, and better sleep.

Dates: starting 4 May and then weekly until 14 September 2025, whatever the weather
No need to book, just bring a mat/towel and a drink
