Not long until we have baby 🐸

I saw some ducklings last night but it was too dark to film.

May is truly so wonderful. It's a powerful reminder of the magic of life and nature.

There's something so magical about wandering behind a waterfall... The powerful sound of the water crashing down on the rocks still echoes in my ears. I even took a quick, refreshing dip a little further along the stream —yes it was cold but the sun came out.

When a person is able to let go and trust, the Reiki/Spiritual Healing experience can be out of this world.

I’ve been asked by the practice I work in to provide the letters after my name...

It’s not something I normally think about or use, but it got me curious—so I looked them up.

And wow, it actually stopped me in my tracks for a moment. I realised just how much studying, training and personal development I’ve done over the years (and this isn’t even including all the accountancy exams I did in my 20s!)

Here’s what I found myself writing down:

HND, MNFSH, Adv Dip Hyp, ANLP (Accred), SNHS Dip, Acc IEMT Prac, MGHR, GQHP

Certified Access Bars® Practitioner
RMT(Usui/Holy Fire®)

I’ve honestly worked hard, dispute challenges such as dyslexia and experiencing childhood trauma, and yet like many people, I don’t always recognise or give myself credit for it. Seeing it all written out reminded me how far I’ve come.

That said, I don’t believe qualifications are everything. What matters most to me is what’s in someone’s heart—the way they treat others, the earth, and the animals we share it with. That’s where true value lives.

Still...I needed these to be able to do what I do now, to help others.

And it’s nice to pause and say: well done, younger me. You kept going despite how tough things were at times.
