I would like to say a huge thank you to you all. Some of my amazing clients are aware that I lost my beautiful Nan 2 weeks ago. It’s been a tough few weeks and I would like to say a huge thank you for your support and patience. I’m due to have a week off work from Monday 25th to spent time with family and make memories as that’s the most important thing in life. This is such a cool video explaining the knee. In the clinic I have many clients come in with various knee problems so when assessing the problem you can now understand a little more of how and why we rule in/out to identify the problem. We are then able to offer the best cause of action for the client, regarding treatment and rehabilitation exercises x
