🌊 Sitting on the beach yesterday I had one of those little “thinking moments”…

I was looking at all the pebbles.

Thousands of them.

All different shapes.
All different colours.
All with their own journey before ending up on that beach.

And it made me think about something…

People are exactly the same.

Every person who walks into Gez Nutrition in Telford is completely different.

Different stories.
Different struggles.
Different reasons for wanting change.
