It’s World Immunisation Week. If you’re expecting a baby, make sure you’re vaccinated against RSV, whooping cough, and flu — helping protect your baby, too.

You can access the whooping cough vaccine through your GP practice and some maternity services.

The next Board Meeting in common (joint meeting) for NHS Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin and NHS Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent will take place on Thursday, 30 April 2026, 1.30pm to 4pm at Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust Headquarters Boardroom and online (live stream).

Hear from members of the Board and learn more about the work of the ICBs, as well as the wider health and care system.

Members of the public are invited to observe the meeting online or can book a place to attend in person at stw.board@nhs.net 24 hours prior to the meeting.

Please note that, due to space restrictions, places must be pre-booked and there will not be an opportunity for public questions during the session. However, members of the public are welcome to submit questions in advance of the meeting by contacting stw.board@nhs.net (at least 48 hours prior to the meeting).
