🎇 As 2025 comes to a close, I just want to pause and say thank you.

This year has been a year of change, growth, and backing myself. Stepping away from a contracted role at True Physio to push my own independent work, starting the journey of building my own clinic space, and continuing my work at Oswestry at The Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital has been both challenging and incredibly rewarding.

None of it would mean anything without the people who trust me with their care. Thank you to every patient who walked through the door, put their confidence in me, and committed to their rehab.

🙏🏼 A huge thank you as well to everyone who has recommended me to friends and family, and to those who have taken the time to leave a Google review. Reaching 192 five-star reviews is something I’m genuinely proud of, and I don’t take that support lightly.

To those closest to me, thank you for the constant support behind the scenes. For understanding the late evening clinics, the weekend work, and the emails that never seem to stop. Your encouragement, patience, and belief in me make all of this possible.

2026 is about continuing to grow, building something special, and delivering the highest standard of physiotherapy care. I’m excited for what’s ahead.
Thank you for being part of the journey 💙🩵

Here’s to 2026. Happy new year all!

❄️ Understanding Frozen Shoulder: The 3 Stages ❄️

Frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis) can be a long and frustrating journey. Knowing the stages can help you manage expectations and recover with confidence.

👉 Stage 1: Pain Dominant Phase (2–9 months)
Gradually increasing pain, often worse with movement and at night. Early stiffness may begin.

👉 Stage 2: Stiffness Dominant Phase (4–12 months)
Pain may ease slightly, but stiffness becomes the main challenge. Range of motion reduces significantly.

👉 Stage 3: Resolution Phase (12–42 months)
Stiffness slowly reduces and shoulder function steadily improves.

💡 Good news: With the right guidance, exercise progression, and hands-on care, recovery is possible.
If you’re experiencing shoulder pain or stiffness, don’t wait, early assessment can make a big difference.
