It was a lovely day at the office, I had a gym sesh and I'm feeling good today for it too.

Corfu Countdown!
Still feeling really bloated after Wednesday but hey ho!
A simple day on Thursday. I always need quick and easy dinners on Tuesdays and Thursdays because of the late finish.
Today is planned already but I'm thinking higher protein if I'm still feeling stodgy tomorrow.

Corfu Countdown
It started on plan!
And then our Mothering Sunday crafty session was cancelled for last night. So we went to Willow for dinner. As always the food was fabulous, and I had the cheesecake too.
I'm feeling quite bloated today so plenty of water, and back on track 💪

Corfu Countdown, days 7 and 8. So, I've really not been on it, photo wise, over the last couple of days.
But here's the photos I have taken, and I've still been on track which is the main thing!

I have a professional, private office and give the one to one support to help you thrive on plan.

A thorough consultation to go over your lifestyle and medical history, and half hour follow-up weigh ins every week to talk through the previous week and the week ahead. I provide regular ongoing support in between weigh ins and at maintenance.

As an experienced Consultant I have vast experience in helping those with an underactive thyroid, hypertension, high cholesterol, PCOS, type 2 diabetes, or awaiting joint replacement surgery.

With over 15 years healthcare experience and additional training in Health and Nutrition and the Management of Diabetes I understand how your body works and thrive on continually improving my knowledge.

My Story. I spent most of my childhood overweight. Because of my size I couldn't go in trendy shops. Throughout university, then into my first home I struggled to get to grips with healthy eating. I'd tried everything from various group weigh ins to personal trainers and nutrition plans but just couldn't commit.

Enough was enough and I finally took control in September 2016. Such an easy plan I couldn't go wrong! I just did what I was told, and hey presto lost just over 3 stone* in just over 3 months and have maintained successfully since December 2016. No more yo-yo for me!

Many of my slimmers have continued to maintain their weight losses, just like myself. My support is ongoing, not just until you get to target.

In my spare time you'll see me out running and walking, attending the gym and in my voluntary roles as a street champion, health champion and run leader.
