52 weeks ago this beautiful human being walked through my Slimming World doors to start her weightloss journey with me...

This morning on our 1 Year Anniversary I got to hand her her 9st award 🥹 how bloody incredible is she!!

We are all super proud of Jess & her achievements to date & we sure as hell can't wait to continue to watch her smash all her goals & achieve her dream weight!

She is unstoppable & such an inspiration ❤️

Happy first week of the holidays you lovely lot 🌞

I know the 6 weeks holiday can be a tricky one for most of us...kids at home, out of routine, day trips & getaways to name a few things!

But those things really don't have to be a reason as to why you cant stay to group & have a weight loss each week...we have to learn new habits & behaviours around these things & group is where you'll get that help & support 😊

So when you can, stay to group.. you will thank yourself for it at the end of the holidays 🫶

Have you been to a Slimming World group before & didn't like it? Well I've got some exciting news for you 😊

We're making changes..
We're changing the old format of talking to everyone one by one, no more repetition, we're breaking free!!

Our lives are so fast paced now, technology rules our lives & things change daily, even hourly.

Slimming World has evolved over 55yrs & is still strong, although changes have always needed to happen to evolve...

Times change & we're changing too!
Like weightloss medication, yes were also supporting those members who chose that too, Slimming World is rooted in the psychology of behaviour change thats essential for long term success, while Food Optimising STILL sitting at the heart of our weightloss success.

So.. with that said, it's time to shake up groups 😬
☆ Allowing members to have time to reflect, think & plan.
☆ Allowing group not to be rushed.
☆ Allow those who need help the space & confidence to ask for it.
☆ Celebrate all your weightloss achievements.

So if you enjoy Slimming World, but didn't embrace groups...nows your time to come back through my door & embrace it ❤️
