Our Story
I help unwell, stressed and unhappy people maximise their wellbeing with online consultations and individual programmes of non-toxic, natural remedies.
Don't expect crystals or fairy dust. My background is in law, meaning I'm thorough, responsible and practical.
I'm a complementary therapist, not a doctor, so I don't diagnose or treat named conditions. Instead, I'm interested in the whole of you, what's wrong, and how we can get your mojo back, to keep you at the top of your game.
I'm the UK's original online homeopath (as far as I know). I've been in practice for nearly 20 years, using online video consultations for most of that time. I won a national award in the early days, appeared on BBC Radio Sussex, blogged for a newspaper, I’ve written for the professional journals, co-authored a book (on successful practice for homeopaths), contributed to another, taught homeopathy at post-graduate level, and been profiled by The Times’s Body & Soul supplement, and by Grazia magazine.
Now with a busy online private practice based in Shropshire, clients consult with me from all over the world, using Zoom, FaceTime, WhatsApp video or Skype.
I've lived with a progressive form of multiple sclerosis for over 25 years, so I understand ill-health. I used to be a prescribed and over-the-counter pill-popping sceptic, so I also get how weird the holistic health world can be. I can help you navigate it, safely.
Work with me, and we can take time to explore what's led to you feeling unwell or unhappy. We’ll look at your health history, your character, your likes and dislikes, and even your family history, as we explore your timeline and what’s made you who you are, and brought you to today.
I’ll then put a bespoke programme of natural remedies together for you, blending homeopathy, homeobotanicals and flower essences, as well as healthy lifestyle changes, and maybe visualisation and affirmations (the power of the mind is an awesome thing). Our work together aims help you be the very best, and happiest, version of yourself that you can be.
Don't think I'm against conventional medicine or that I’ll expect you not to take your medication - I won’t. I’m fact, won’t comment on your conventional medications (that’s for you and the prescribing doctor), and as a responsible practitioner, I’ll encourage you to stay in touch with your GP. The therapies I use are complementary, not alternative.
So if you're feeling unwell, or unhappy, stuck or stressed, get in touch by by phone or email. Let's talk. Maybe we can find a remedy. Naturally.
