Little Wenlock Yogis and Pilates People, our classes are cancelled tomorrow (12th Jan), as the roads aren't great and we just got our car stuck in the snow in the village hall car park 🤦🏻‍♀️

I have an idea emerging and I would love to hear your thoughts.

I am considering starting a new online class - breathwork, meditation, Yoga Nidra (combining some or all of these elements).

The class could be 45 minutes or an hour, and could either be on Wednesday evenings or Friday mornings.
