Due to a cancellation I've got 2 spaces free for this Friday's Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra Evening, let me know if you would like to come.

Would you like to join me for an evening of the 'quiet practice' of Yin Yoga? This style of yoga is very slow and meditative, and we finish our practice with Yoga Nidra, deep relaxation that will allow the benefits of your yoga to sink in to your body, and allow your mind to clear.

We will be at Little Wenlock Village Hall, Friday 21st March, 6:30-8:30pm.

Places are limited so if you would like to book a place please let me know. The cost of the evening is £20, and your place will be confirmed on receipt of payment.

Recently we've been connecting with our breath by breathing into different areas of our body.
This week we placed our hands just below our ribcage to see if we could connect with the movement of our diaphragm.
I came across this image which reminds us of the movement of the diaphragm so I thought I would share it with you. Gx
