Supporting Our Community This Christmas ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป

Today, employees from Ricoh UK Products Ltd (RPL) were proud to deliver the company's latest collection to Telford Crisis Support Foodbank. Over the last few weeks, employees across site have been donating essential items at drop-off points, helping support individuals and families in our local community during a particularly challenging time.

A huge thank you to everyone who contributed โ€” your generosity truly makes a difference. โค๏ธ

Weโ€™re also delighted to share that following RPL's divisional Bronze accolade in the Ricoh Way Values Awards programme for an externally award-winning Think Act Save campaign (launched in response to the cost-of-living challenges and global energy crisis), the team chose to donate their ยฃ130 prize money towards items for the foodbank as well.

๐Ÿ“ Location: Telford, Shropshire
๐Ÿ“„ Contract: Ongoing
๐Ÿ’ฐ Salary: ยฃ12.69 - ยฃ16.86 (inclusive of shift allowance)

We are looking for a skilled Production Operative to join our dynamic team.

The role will be responsible for:
- Operating and monitoring production machinery and equipment.
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
- Performing routine maintenance and reporting any faults promptly.
- Following health and safety guidelines at all times.
- Working collaboratively with team members to meet production targets.
- Completing accurate documentation and maintaining records.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a production/manufacturing environment, a knowledge of health and safety regulations and an ability to read and interpret technical instructions. Also desirable is a strong commitment to quality, good problem-solving skills, and flexibility to work shifts and overtime as/when required.

Inspired by the UKโ€™s annual Countryfile Calendar competition โ€“ which has taken place for over three decades โ€“ the Biodiversity Group at Ricoh UK Products Ltd (RPL) and Ricoh Printing Solutions Europe Ltd (RPSE) has launched a Biodiversity Calendar, in support of Cuan Wildlife Rescue, Telford.

Speaking of the calendar initiative, RPLโ€™s Engineering Manager (Manufacturing & Facilities) and Biodiversity Group lead, Tim James, commented: "Not only will the outcome of this competition help fundraise for a local conservation-based charity, but itโ€™s been an opportune time for employees to engage, participate and learn more about the incredible biodiversity we have here onsite, in the local community, and further afield."
