Literally the chai tea and rhubarb cupcakes were the most delicious delights I have ever tasted.

The lemon loaf was moist and just the right tang with sweetness of icing perfectly balanced

I heard the lavender shortbreads will be a firm favourite too here in the house!

Our next order is already placed! Can't wait to sample new delights!

Whilst the documentary is going to be very very damaging to that practice it also highlights a need for transparancy within the industry and i think we all have something ro learn from this.

When was the last time you had one?

Are you over due?

Do you have any changes in your discharge your bleed or anything inbetween? Some changes can be perfectly normal...however know what is normal for you is more important. If in doubt get it checked out.

I had mine today, not a regular one though, I booked in as I've had a bit of bleeding in between my bleed and a bit after you know what 🙊 yep....after S E X....Mr wellness studio and I are still at it all these years later! And bleeding is not normal for all not just me...so I booked myself in on Friday got smeared today and a referral for gynae at antrim hospital as it looks like I have an erosion....I'm not over sharing for the sake of it...I'm sharing as I want you all to go get your foofs your fannies your va**nas your flowers your amazing Devine feminine cervix checked out to make sure it's as healthy as can be! Fingers crossed it's nothing serious but if so better to get sorted asap! And guess what I haven't googled!

So get lubed up ditch the shyness it takes literally a couple of mins....I was there for 945 out and in the milestone for 950, is pain free ( minor discomfort and slight cramping that has awarded me a hot water bottle and remote for the night from Mr wellness) and be proud to pay your cervix as much attention as she deserves......

Did you know every 3 years if you are between 25 and 49...after that every 5 years.

The facts from the NHS

Cervical screening (a smear test) checks the health of your cervix. The cervix is the opening to your womb from your va**na.
It's not a test for cancer, it's a test to help prevent cancer.
All women and people with a cervix aged 25 to 64 should be invited by letter.
During the screening appointment, a small sample of cells will be taken from your cervix.
The sample is tested for changes to the cells of your cervix.
Finding abnormal changes early means they can be monitored or treated so they do not get a chance to turn into cervical cancer.
You'll get your results by letter, usually in about 2 weeks.

After chasing dreams and achieving goals it doesnt seem bittersweet to be back home where it all began, it feels liberating taking my therapies back to their roots, back to where I love.

Full circle for now we are embracing the changes, the open window, the sound of the birds the distant hum of tractors and the clients enjoying the sunset while I work my magic 🙂

Almost 2 weeks of being back! Eeek!
totally loving life, its been a strange old year. What are you doing to help your own wellness

For me its sneaking to the sea for some therapy, this mornings dip was whiterocks, it really resets the body mind and soul for me.
