Some recent feedback from families of the amazing people we care for.
"Every member of staff that I have met at the home know my aunt really well. They show an amazing kindness towards her whilst respecting her trying to remain as independent as she possibly can under the circumstances. Although she doesn’t talk anymore (odd words) they chat to her and I note they have enormous smiles from her in response. She always nods and smiles when I ask is she happy in the home. The staff at the home are always very welcoming to me when I visit my aunt. They help me to get her ready to go out if I haven’t telephoned in advance, and if I have she is ready and waiting. She always looks immaculate! She is a lady who is very proud of her appearance and the home continue to help her look beautifully presented… Thank you to all at Belvedere for all you do for my aunt."
"The wellbeing, care and support my mum is receiving is brilliant. The staff and managers show her so much care, have a lovely manner and they all show they know her well, and do everything to meet her needs. I have 100% confidence in the care my mum receives at Belvedere and this helps put my mind at rest when I am not with her. Staff are very kind and patient with all the residents, who respond to them well."
