Namaste. Welcome to our page. :) We would like to invite you join in our free meditation classes not just in the Tenby area but anywhere in the UK and worldwide. Nowadays we can link up with people through internet media such as Zoom, Skype, Whatsapp and more, so in a sense distance is not a problem if you would like to learn how to meditate. My wife Rishi, and I have been practising meditation for many years. The process of Yoga Sound meditation (aka mantra meditation), has been practised for thousands of years, and traditionally it has always been taught for free - a gift of love passed down unchanged, since time immemorial.
It is based on the hearing and repeating, externally and in the mind, of transcendental sound. This has the effect of purifying and awakening one’s original spiritual consciousness. It is a very natural process and one of deep love and spiritual satisfaction. The life force, or soul within the body, is always craving more than just material sense gratification. This provides the food or nectar that the hungry soul is craving for.
It is especially recommended because not only is it the most powerful process on the planet for self-realisation and spiritual development, but also most importantly, it is extremely easy to practise and does not require sitting in difficult yoga positions etc. The elderly and children too, can easily practice this with great benefits.
