The perks of being married to a chiropractor 🙌

Lately I’ve had a lot of back and neck pain from carrying around our chunky (but very cute!) 4-month-old all day. A little spinal manipulation therapy, lots of stretching and exercises, and the pain has completely eased.

💡Sunday Stretch Tip 💡

Lower back feeling tight or stiff?

One possible culprit is the quadratus lumborum (QL) - a deep muscle running along the side of your spine.
Here’s a gentle stretch you can try to help ease that tension:

✅Move slowly and stay within a comfortable range
✅Hold the stretch, don’t bounce
✅Stop if it causes pain or pins & needles

If you have ongoing pain or any nerve symptoms, get it checked before starting new exercises
