What an amazing, inspiring, motivating and empowering weekend with my Tropic family at the Tropic Glammies.

From the show-stopping theme and set of Wicked 🩷💚, the costumes, inspiring new titles and promotions, the emotional story shares, the goodie bags - oh let’s talk about those goodie bags 😍🥰, the lunch, the interview with the three charities Tropic support, the show and backing dancers and of course Susie, Carlton and the team!!

Oh and it didn’t stop there…. Oh no no no, Tropic then threw us a party in the evening - DJ, music, fire dancers, aerial acrobats, dancers and THE best music!!

To be in a room of 5,000 ambassadors, all cheering each other on, all empowering each other and fixing each other’s crowns - womanhood!

Last week, I presented to a roomful of people on the importance of health and wellbeing.

They couldn’t believe it when I told them I was in the Wham! Video “Wake Me Up Before You Go Go”. Best day of my life 🫶🏼💜

A room full of professional business owners had to listen to me bang on about how we are exposed to over 200 toxins in our skincare, make up, food and furnishings before we’ve even left the house in the morning.

I talked about how a “toxic” and “inflammed”body will cause you no end of issues - bloating, tiredness, menopause symptoms, apathy for life, insomnia and stress.

Your body will not let go of these toxins if it doesn’t trust you, so weight loss is HARD!!
