This is my jelly face!!

A face that belongs to a body which is just as jelly like!

I’ve just had the most amazing Turkish Hamman experience - body wash, rinsing with very warm water, foam bath, exfoliation, more body wash, more foam bath, more rinsing with hot water, followed by a full body massage. Pure bliss.

All on a beautiful marble table - yes turning over was a problem a couple of times - I nearly slid off the table!! 🫣😝🤣

My body is cleansed, my soul is soothed, my mind relaxed. 🫶🏼

I feel relaxed but utterly rejuvenated as I’ve released all my worries, stresses and pain!!

I so miss my therapy business, making clients feel this good.

However, this has definitely given me a much needed enthusiasm for my wellness and therapy business. 💜

I’m not opening another clinic (although I’m desperately missing those days and my wonderful clients), however, think mini spa days, mini pamper dates, mini me time at Healthy Body Healthy Mind, using the amazing Tropic products.

I have the knowledge, I have the experience, I use THE best products and now I have a new found enthusiasm. 💜

Who knew I just needed to come away on my own for a week? 🤦‍♀️

This is being done more often!

Soooo, watch this space for details.

Last Tamoxifen tablet forever! Cancer stay gone! 💪🏼

Yesterday was an amazing day of seeing friends, making new ones, connections, inspiration, motivation and education.

Dawn Evans created a monster of a show yesterday at Cardiff City Stadium - filling up the whole car park with attendees!! The Mental Health & Wellbeing Show

Some amazing opportunities are forthcoming - watch this space - and some fabulous connections made.

I had an amazing day and very excited for the future!

Then a lovely dinner in the evening to round off a massive week of highs and lows! But it’s finished good!! 💜👏🏻🙏

Today is a very significant day…. Today I take my last Tamoxifen tablet - ever!!

These last 10 years have been the most humbling, dramatic, scary, stressful, weird, positive, strong, dynamic, learned, inspirational, motivational and educational of my life.

10 years on a rollercoaster of the journey which is cancer, chemo and side-effects. Cancer - the gift which just keeps on giving!! 🥴

I may do a Facebook live to celebrate the taking of this last tablet forever! A tablet which, although has given me severe side-effects (too graphic and personal for sharing on FB), has undoubtedly kept me alive! 🫶🏼

So now, it’s up to me to make sure the environment of my body is safe, my mindset is strong, my body working and my immune system working to its full capacity.

Another milestone in my life and one I will cherish forever.

Last night, I took my last-but-one Tamoxifen tablet, tonight we celebrate! 🎉
