It’s a while since I posted too. This is apt

It's been a while since I've posted. Things have been hectic and I've been forgetting to take my own advice!! Reminder for myself today. Enjoy what you have now and stop always looking to the next thing or for something else. You might look back and regret not enjoying the people you have in your life now or how good you might have it now and you don't realise. Be present look at what's around you and take it in. Don't spend time worrying about situations that may never happen. Enjoy every day. Every day is a good day. Never give up on your dreams. Anything is possible. This photo is in Dun Laoghaire harbour at a 6am run. It's the first one I've done and going to try make it a routine as it's a great way to start the morning! No filters just perfect nature.
