Some weeks in this work are truly unforgettable.

Over the past three days, I’ve received messages from four different couples, each sharing the same life-changing news… they’re expecting. 🤍

Mother’s Day can bring many emotions.

For some, tomorrow is filled with flowers, cards and celebration, but for many others, it can be a difficult day.

It can be a reminder of the child you’re longing for, the journey you’re still on, the loss you’ve experienced, or the challenges you’ve faced along the way.

If tomorrow feels heavy, please know you are not alone. Your feelings are valid, and your journey matters.

Whether you are healing, grieving, or holding onto hope quietly, I’m thinking of you.

And if tomorrow is one of celebration for you, I hope it is filled with love, laughter and appreciation.

And if you’ve been here for a while, thank you for being part of this community and supporting the work I’m so passionate about.

Over the years, working with so many incredible individuals and couples, I’ve been reminded of a few important things:

🤍 People deserve better access to education and support around fertility, lifestyle health, and reproductive wellbeing.

🤍 Many still believe that struggling with fertility, hormonal imbalances, or feeling exhausted and unwell is simply something they must accept, but it doesn’t have to be that way.

🤍 When nutrition, lifestyle, movement, supplementation, and stress management are addressed consistently, the body has an incredible ability to rebalance and heal.

🤍 Shame, confusion, and lack of information often prevent people from seeking support. My aim is always to create a safe space where people feel informed, supported, and empowered to take control of their health.

This work exists because fertility and overall health deserve more awareness, more honesty, and more compassionate conversations.
