In November I stopped offering massage therapy, which brought an end to Helen Flint Massage Therapy. I’ve had an amazing time setting up and establishing my massge therapy business. It’s been brilliantly supported, I’ve met lots of wonderful people and I’m forever grateful. Sadly, my hands started to ache so it was time to stop.

I’m now HBF Wellbeing, focusing on Pilates and loving it 🥰 I’ve put the link to my new page here:

At the beginning of November I stopped offering massage therapy. After a really successful few years my hands started to hurt, so it’s time to stop 😞

I set myself 2 goals in April this year. The first, to get out every weekday morning at 7am for an early walk with our increasingly lethargic older dog. Would l rather have an extra half hour in bed … sometimes I’m very tempted! But, both of us are off to a much better start in the day for our early morning stroll. Definitely more energy, heads ready for the day ahead.

The second goal, to increase the amount of fruit in my day … also going really well 😊 homemade smoothies are the way forward 😎
