Day 10 Advent Workout… I’m sure you’re feeling muscles working now so today is all
about stretch and flexibility…
Mountain Pose (Tadasana)
• Stand tall with feet hip-width apart
• Relax shoulders, let arms rest by your sides
• Engage your core and take slow, deep breaths
✔️ Improves posture and balance

Cat-Cow Stretch (Marjaryasana–Bitilasana)
• Start on hands and knees
• Cow: drop belly, lift chest and tailbone
• Cat: round spine, tuck chin and pelvis
• Move slowly with your breath
✔️ Loosens spine and warms up the body

Child’s Pose (Balasana)
• Kneel, sit back on your heels
• Fold forward, arms stretched out or beside you
• Rest forehead on the floor and breathe
✔️ Great for relaxation and gentle back stretching

Downward Facing Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana)
• From hands and knees, lift hips up and back
• Form an upside-down “V” shape
• Press hands into the floor and gently stretch legs
✔️ Strengthens arms and stretches the whole back body

Warrior II (Virabhadrasana II)
• Step feet wide apart
• Turn one foot sideways, bend front knee
• Extend arms parallel to the floor and gaze over front hand
✔️ Builds leg strength and focus
