🌿 How Reiki Works

Every person has a life force energy that flows through and around them. When this energy is low or blocked, it can lead to physical, emotional, or spiritual imbalance. A Reiki practitioner channels universal energy through their hands to the recipient to help restore balance and promote healing.

Reiki originated from Japan.

"Rei" (霊) meaning “universal” or “spiritual”

"Ki" (気) meaning “life energy” (similar to chi in Chinese or prana in Sanskrit)
