Every year, I choose a Theme, not a resolution, not a rigid goal but a living intention that I consciously weave into every area of my life. 🤍

Goals are useful, but without intention driving them they often lose momentum (sometimes before January is even over 😆).
And resolutions? 🤪 Honestly… no thank you! 😁
A Theme is different.
It becomes the energetic thread that guides how I show up, how I choose, how I respond and how I GROW not just for a month, but for the whole year!

Over the final quarter of this year, one word has been quietly & then not so quietly, making itself known to me…UNITY✨♾️
It’s been appearing everywhere. Not as something to rush to define, but as something to listen to. To notice. To feel. To let speak to my Soul. 💫

More recently, I completed 30 Days to Wholeness , so deeply grateful, truly powerful 🙏🏻✨🤍
The clarity & deeper revelations that surfaced around closing the gaps in relationships have been beyond valuable. Priceless, really. 🙏🏻

Then came Day 30.
I read the email, laughed out loud at the personal share, David…and there it was again UNITY! 😂🙏🏻💫

Last week, while guiding a group through The Intentional Year – Choosing Your Theme for 2026, I shared this very process to support others in discovering their own Theme.
Mine was already chosen & by that point, there were simply too many nudges from the Creator to ignore what it had to be and was meant for me! ✨I’m EXCITED about my theme… 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

Appreciation from Another Angle! 💫💡This changes everything! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

This week was so expansive for me & here’s what I noticed & felt more deeply than before! ✨
When appreciation is truly felt & expressed, it creates something so powerful, that sense we long for of being seen, valued and met, just as we are! 🥰

Across this week, while others were thanking me for the work I was doing, I realised something deeper, I was already overflowing with gratitude for what I had given energetically! ✨💫♾️
That’s the magic of appreciation.
It carries a frequency that expands, uplifts and opens our hearts 💞💝💞

I experienced so much appreciation from others…
and at the same time, an overwhelming wave of Love & Gratitude for being in my JOY & sharing it.

This is the best bit…I even felt deep appreciation when things didn’t unfold as I had hoped.😆

That’s real Gratitude.
Nothing conditional about it!
Just pure embodiment 💫💞✨

Appreciation is Real Alchemy!

Every day I connect to a very special & beautiful Tree Spirit in my garden, ✨ she’s a Guardian and she’s so precious 😍
I hug her and just connect to nature and listen 🙏🏻💚
A year ago, she spoke through me and this is what emerged…
