Proud gf post!
Today I'm celebrating the achievements of my bf Steve, who 8 years ago was brave enough to follow his dream and start his classic BMW restoration business, Classic Bahnstormers, here in the Cotswolds.

Now with a worldwide reputation of excellence, CB with its fantastic team of expert technicians and fabricators is going from strength to strength.

Of course there have been many challenges along the way, and I have been supportive both as a girlfriend and a hypnotherapist. Hypnotherapy has helped Steve remain confident and able to think clearly so that he can make good decisions and remain focused when the going gets tough.

On World Mental Health Awareness Day... some people can go for a walk on a beautiful autumn afternoon and really savour their surroundings and enjoy the different aspects of their experience...some may go for a walk and notice very little as they are too caught up in the whirlwind of anxious thoughts in their mind...others can't even make it out of the house at all.

Whoever you are and whatever you are going through, there is help available in many different forms. There is no shame in needing a helping hand or an empathetic ear. But it can take a bit of courage to reach out and take that first step...
