Women's Health Masterclass....is coming to Malmesbury!
Jenni Tricklebank, founder of Pilates, and I are excited to bring you a masterclass on all things Women's Health.

It is limited to 10 wonderful women so will be an intimate group, where you will feel safe to ask all your questions.

It is a 3-hour expert-led masterclass covering hormone cycles over the lifespan and the impact that has on pelvic health symptoms, including continence, sexual health and physical function. We will explore strength and how to maintain muscle and bone health through life. You will also have the opportunity of Reformer Pilates sessions led by the amazing Jenni in the beautiful Nimble and Wild studio. Don’t wait until you’re in your 50’s to think about menopause! Perimenopause is the stage in which changes start to happen and on average starts 7-10 years before the menopause. This means it could be affecting you from your late 30’s or early 40’s.

You don’t just have to live with these symptoms and many people don’t realise that physio could be the solution to many of the symptoms of perimenopause such as bladder and bowel leaks, vaginal heaviness and muscular aches and pains.

Physio-led Pilates Classes so you get the advice and adaptations you need to get the most out of your class.
mPOWER Core is a mixed ability class, including for pregnancy, to build strength, improve posture and feel confident in your body. Thursdays 7.30pm at St Mary’s School in Tetbury.
mPOWER Mama is a postnatal class for any stage postnatally and any delivery type. It will help you rebuild and reconnect with your body to be your strongest yet. Thursdays 10am at Kemble Village Hall.
