🖥️ Hunching forward at your desk, looking down at devices (text neck), or having rounded shoulders leads to constant tension and stretching of the rhomboid muscles.

Preventative tips ~

🤎 Ergonomic Workspace: Position computer monitors at eye level to avoid slouching.
🤎Take Breaks: Take breaks from your desk to stretch and move.
🤎Strength Training: Strengthen back muscles (rowing exercises) to improve postural support.

🤔 What do problems here feel like?

🔥localised pain or burning sensation between the shoulder blade and spine.
😫Stiffness and reduced mobility of the shoulder.
🪢 Spasms, or a “knot” feeling, which may create a visible bump under the skin.

❓Can rhomboid problems travel?

Yes, rhomboid pain commonly radiates from the area between the shoulder blades and spine to the neck, shoulders, or upper back. It may also cause pain that travels down the arm, sometimes resulting in sensations of numbness or pins and needles! So it’s best to get these niggles addressed.

🙌🏻 Being such a problematic area for so many of you, I like to focus lots of my time and techniques to this area of your back. You guys, my regular back massage clients, will already know this! 💪🏻
