Feeling so grateful after our recent Healing & Wellness Retreat, a truly transformative few days filled with Spinal Flow Technique, gentle yoga, somatic movement, sound healing, and moments of deep rest and reflection.

Held in the most magical place — an old monastery surrounded by the river, embraced by nature’s beauty. The views, the energy, and the people made it an experience of pure nourishment for body, mind, and soul. 💚

The trauma released was huge, passed stress released in every way possible

I am totally overwhelmed by the beautiful comments from those who shared this journey with me and my team.

✨ Back at ERTH (part1) our autumn sanctuary of healing 🍂
Car loaded, hearts open — back to this magical peninsula for our second autumn retreat at ERTH.

There’s something about this place… surrounded by estuary, and countryside, away from everything and everybody, where the colours of autumn wrap you in warmth and peace.
A land of deep nurture and deep healing❤️‍🩹
These five days were something truly special. A beautiful sisterhood gathered — each person bringing their own light, their openness, and their care.
Together we shared gentle Hatha Yoga, Yin yoga, Somatic’s,Somatic Yoga, meditation, breath-work, yoga nidra, sound healing.

Three session of Spinal Flow Technique each per day, for deep emotional and physical release and so much more.
The connection, the laughter, the moments of release… it was all pure magic. 🌿
Such a beautiful group of souls, it’s no coincidence, that we/they were drawn together to heal, and to hold space for each other. 🌹

Far too many beauty’s to peruse at this mornings market, seriously my fingers were itching like crazy 😜 Bless Tim, he tried to pull me away, but he obviously doesn’t know that trying to pull a women away from shop/stall works as well as baptising an angry cat😂 Good job he’s very relaxed and patient 💜 and markets in the UK arn’t this good, otherwise I would be broke in no time!!

Like the steady vibration of the tuning fork, our daily practices bring harmony back into our lives. Whether it’s meditation, reflection, movement, or sound — hold on to the rituals that center you.

🌿I captured this on my morning walk this morning and thought about spiders and how they make their webs, relates to how we live our lives

A spider’s web is one of nature’s quiet miracles. With patience and precision, the spider weaves each strand, delicate, yet strong. Every thread is placed with purpose, every connection designed to create something both functional and breathtakingly beautiful.

Life is much the same. We are all weavers of our own web. Each decision, each relationship, each challenge overcome becomes a thread in the pattern of our lives. Sometimes the web takes time, sometimes a strand breaks and we begin again but with persistence, the design grows ever more intricate, ever more resilient.

Just as the spider trusts the process, we too can trust that the effort, care, and love we put into our days will shape something extraordinary. Living our best life is not about rushing to the end, but about honoring the art of weaving, step by step, moment by moment.

Our bodies thrive on the right nutrients, but three of the most important — Magnesium, Zinc, and Vitamin D — are also the ones many of us don’t get enough of.
🌿 For Women – Magnesium & Vitamin D
Magnesium is vital for hormone balance, easing PMS, reducing stress, improving sleep, and supporting over 300 functions in the body.
Vitamin D works hand-in-hand with Magnesium to support bone health, mood, and immunity. Without Magnesium, Vitamin D isn’t properly activated, so the two are a powerful pair for women’s long-term health.
💪 For Men – Zinc
Zinc is essential for testosterone production, fertility, and muscle recovery.
It also strengthens the immune system and supports skin repair and energy levels.
⚡ The Deficiency Problem
