We begin with very gentle somatic movements and nervous system regulation practices to help you slow down, soften and feel safe in your body.

The session will be guided seamlessly into a deeply nourishing Yoga Nidra, allowing your whole system to settle into profound rest.

It then flows into a Pure Crystal Alchemy Sound Healing, where the frequencies of the bowls support everything we’ve opened and released, helping to integrate, balance and restore.

Fun day out at the Spring Fair Birmingham picking up some goodies for my website.

I first started “buying” when I had my designer clothes shop in the mid 80s, I used to frog march around the fairs in order to get to see everything in one day, it was exhausting! I had a large loyal following back then and regardless where I find my journey in life leading, I’m always so grateful that I still have a loyal following of beautiful souls.

And if not… why not?

People say it like it’s a flaw, like optimism means ignoring reality.
I don’t see it that way. Rose-tinted glasses aren’t denial, they’re a choice. A choice to soften the sharp edges, to notice the light even when things aren’t perfect, to believe that beauty still exists even on the hard days.
✨
Perspective shapes everything. You can look at the same world and only see what’s broken, or you can choose to see what’s still growing, still hopeful, still worth smiling about and honestly…….Optimism looks good on everyone!
✨
So if you don’t see life through rose-tinted glasses yet… maybe it’s time to try them on.
Not because life is perfect……but because how you look at it changes everything. 🌹👓

The year is already unfolding beautifully, offering moments of light, clarity, and gentle momentum.
Standing here, watching the sky soften and shift, I feel deeply grateful for the space, the work, the trust and the people who make it all meaningful.

There’s gratitude for what’s already taken shape and genuine excitement for everything still ahead, events, retreats, shared experiences and the opportunity to meet and work with so many incredible people.
✨

My Trinity of healing evenings are becoming increasingly popular.
I use a totally unique formula to regulate the nervous system. Using Somatic’s, eye 👁️ movement, breathwork and gentle Yoga, makes this evening suitable for most people.

January opens with our first Trinity of Healing at Beckford Village Hall on Sunday 11th January, (please see link in bio to book) and a trip to Kent to play my beautiful alchemy crystal singing bowls.

February brings more travel for work, birthdays, and a very exciting celebration, I can’t yet share…💜♥️💜♥️

March brings my pilgrimage to Iona — and my heart already knows it will be special 🤍
