‘Ahhhh…’: the feeling I had today post yoga practice, when I’d had a pause over the last week. It feels so good to be back on the mat 😌.
Join me for some of that feeling soon: a new block of classes starting on 6th January at our yoga studio in Bredon.

Small moments of joy… this week the cheese plant in the yoga studio got a new leaf! It wasn’t very happy a few months ago, so I’m delighted 😀 Thanks to all my yoga students who brought their positive energy into the studio to help our monstera feel better, and to those who gave me pruning tips 😉
