Another fab day at the Dandelion Training and Development Mental Health Conference. Lots of hours of CPD and some great knowledge gained. Had the privilege of travelling down with the lovely Vik this year who is on the same page as me with all things mental health ❤️

Happy international women’s day!
To all the strong, independent and resilient women out there - may we be them and may we raise them.
I will be using today as a talking point with my clients this week 💪🏻

Last time I posted, it was about self care. I thought I’d share what I’ve done this week which has given me a real boost.

1. A floating sound bath - first experience of a sound bath, let alone a floating one! I can tell you it definitely won’t be my last!
2. An art class - I love painting but rarely do it anymore so every so often I indulge in a class. Every time I’m reminded about how much I enjoy it.
3. Strength training - twice so far this week. I’m 6 weeks in and feeling so much stronger.

Taking the time to invest in looking after yourself is so important - let me know what you’ve done for YOU this week!

*if you want links to where I’ve done these things this week let me know!*
