Well… that’s it. Six years done,
who knew fixing people could be this fun?
From frozen shoulders stuck like glue,
to “I’ve got a marathon… what do I do?!”
5Ks, 10Ks, “just one more mile,”
ultras that made me question your lifestyles.
I’ve heard “I think I slept funny” more times than I can prove,
I’ve massaged canicrossers (dogs nearly included too),
From MJ’s Gym to Chloe’s Salon,
I’ve worked my magic everywhere,
oils, elbows, the odd deep sigh,
and “that’s a good pain”… (you’re all a lie).
We’ve laughed so hard I lost my flow,
cried about life between “ow… but don’t stop though,”
and somehow between knots and strain,
we’ve solved life’s problems… again and again.
But honestly — the best part’s been you lot,
every chat, every knot I’ve fought,
every “see you next week” said with a grin,
every time you trusted me to dig right in.
Six years of elbows, laughs and care,
and a lot of people lying face down in their underwear.
Thank you for every story, every groan,
every “can you just check this” you’ve shown,
for keeping me busy, keeping me real,
and reminding me why I’ve loved being here
Thank you all for every laugh and moan,
for making this the best job I’ve known
you’ve kept me busy, kept me sane…
and kept me very familiar with your pain.
Right, I’m off — hands finally free,
Now who’s going to complain about tight calves to me?! 🤍
