Our Virtual Patient Participation Group (VPPG) is a way for registered patients at Mythe Medical Practice to have a real say in how our services are run, without ever needing to attend a meeting in person.

As a member, you'll receive quarterly online surveys that you can complete entirely in your own time, at home, at work, or on your phone. It takes just a few minutes and your input makes a genuine difference to how we care for our community.

How does it work?

Once you sign up, you'll be added to our VPPG mailing list. Once every 3 months we'll send you a short survey by email. The survey will only take a few minutes to complete.

There are no obligations, no meetings to attend and no minimum commitment. You can opt out at any time. We simply ask that you respond when you can and that you're a registered patient at Mythe Medical Practice.

Your responses will be used anonymously alongside other patient feedback to help the practice team plan improvements, respond to concerns and develop services that truly meet the needs of our patients.

By attending your screening appointment, it is possible to detect, monitor and treat most abdominal aortic aneurysms (AAA).
