Dru Yoga Back Care & Wellbeing 🧘♀️
My classes are geared towards:
Ladies 50+
Small groups only (6max)
Light-hearted
Colouring outside the lines
Running 2 classes next term and both are full.
February - March will introduce the first Back Care & Wellbeing classes in Strensham and Tewkesbury. This is for non-specific back pain often a result from muscular or mechanical problems without a specific diagnosis.
Current recommendations by NICE (National Institute for Health and Care Excellence) is to keep moving with gentle exercises to stretch tight muscle and joints to support recovery. Classes are a combination of gentle stretches, flows, breath and (muscle) relaxation techniques to reduce stress and anxiety which can affect back pain.
