This 6-week programme is designed to build strength starting at the core & pelvic floor. With an emphasis on breath, alignment and posture. The programme is broken down into three steps HEAL, REBUILD & REVITALISE. Each stage ensures that you will feel supported, healed and empowered on your journey further into motherhood. After the course you should feel ready and confident to return to a regular yoga or fitness class knowing that your foundations are strong and with a newfound knowledge for the energetic & physical body.
Interwoven into the course is Shiatsu, relaxation, strength training, breathing work, traditional vinyasa yoga, baby massage & yoga (if baby is present). With the intention of restoring the physical, emotion and energetic body so that healing can commence in whichever way it needs to.
