We're hosting a Menopause Talk on Friday, March 20th, 2026, from 3:30 PM to 5 PM. Our special guest, Nutrition by rosie, will shed light on the hormonal changes during this stage of life, and we'll explore the various symptoms women experience. Plus, our chef will be creating delicious, hormone-balancing tasters!

This event is a great opportunity to learn how to incorporate supportive foods into your daily life.
