SPORTS DAY 2025!! What a day it has been. We started with our group warm up to get everyone stretched and ready to perform their best. Then we had the egg and spoon race, followed by the space hopper race, archery, sack race, target game and mini golf. We enjoyed a delicious BBQ by the kitchen team and enjoyed a musical performance by the very talented Jackie. The green team were victorious and won the day overall. It was a day full of energy, fun and teamwork!!

Yesterday morning, Torrin, our Head Chef at Cuttlebrook Hall gave an insightful talk on 'Nutrition and Hydration in Later Life'. We covered the different techniques we use here at Cuttlebrook Hall to support the residents, also giving tips for individuals to take home and put into practice! 👨‍🍳

Jenny loves gardening this afternoon. We gave our planters a makeover as the hot weather hasn’t been too kind on some of the plants. It’s safe to say they look amazing now thanks to Jenny’s help. Then to finish off the day the residents enjoyed going on a dog walk!!
