This client has been with me for a few months now! when she came to me, she had already lost a lot of weight but she was starting to plateau.
This client needed help with her diet, calculating her macronutrients and some more targeted training.

This weeks workout for you guys, again demonstrated by my client, is a 5 round workout with a 'Buy-in'.
Now, what a 'Buy-in' means is you have to complete the Buy-in before you can start the actual main workout itself. Almost like a poker game!
The buy-in for this workout is 10 battlerope double handed slams, once you completeed that, you have 5 rounds of 5 double kettlebell swings, 5 beginner squats, 5 press ups and 5 bettlebell thrusters.
For those of you amgonst us who are slightly more experienced, then up the tempo a bit and do 30 battlerops slams and 15 of each exercise!

One of my clients performing this weeks workout for you guys! He is doing a simple 10-1 workout, Power cleans, Thursters and Bent over rows!
To give you a bit more of a challenge, try and keep hold of the bar throughout each round. For every time you do drop the bar, peanailse yourself with 1 chest-for-burpee. After you have finished the workout, if you have any peantlies to, do them then and there.
