Relaxing Gentle Yoga This Sunday
6.00-7.15pm, £5.
A relaxed, beginner-friendly yoga taster designed to help you unwind at the end of the weekend.
This 75-minute session will be slow, gentle and grounding, with plenty of options offered throughout. You don’t need any previous yoga experience, or flexibility — just come as you are.
This class includes a hot tea to sip throughout.
