This is the end of another good week, I am so thankful to have this calm and peaceful studio with a calming & restorative view. 🐴

I was feeling separate from nature this morning as I went to Heathrow to take my son to his flight back to Virginia. The road and traffic is such a barrier to wildlife and being grounded. ✈️

Then I noticed the stunning mist and frost, and did a wonderful massage on a loyal client. Opened the blind to this view. So I’m grateful! And happy and a bit sad too..🪷

I’ll be away for a week visiting my daughter in Whistler Canada for a week from today. ❄️

I’m excited to be going away after a year and a half of focus on home and business life changes. 🪐

Traveling on my own which feels quite empowering. Grabbing the opportunity to dash off for a week feels good, minimal planning, minimal packing and also knowing all is well at home. 🪷

Embracing the peace we have and thinking of those who don’t have this luxury. ✨

It’s the end of a super hot week with lots of great massages. I viewed it as a workout! Some great new clients and my existing loyal clients enjoying my new massage space in Thame. I’m using some cooling towels to finish off the massage which is refreshing. ☀️

I’m getting more in the groove here now, finding my pace and space in this new room and the beautiful smells of essential oils are starting to settle in too which I Love. 🧡

As usual my posts are a bit amateur but it’s what I can manage so it’s gotta be good enough. I always say I’m good at massage but not so good at technology lol. 😜

Just a few pics that make me feel peace and joy in a very busy and turbulent time. 🪷

I’m sending out a request to my clients to, if you can spare a few minutes, write me a review for my google business thing on google maps. Over the time I moved house my profile was hacked and all my reviews have been wiped off. So from that perspective I am starting afresh. I’d be hugely grateful and will offer a little thank you at your next appointment. 🙏

I hope to be opening my new studio at home very soon, we’ve had a leak and a wall came down hence more delay than I’d anticipated. Just another little life blip. 🥰

Apart from these technical issues all is well. I will carry on working from Thame Massage & Wellbeing for a couple more weeks and they have been so accommodating and helpful with their lovely space. 🌺

I love the therapists at this clinic, they take their time to understand what you need and I had 2 great, much needed, massages this week. Holistic and thorough in their approach, exactly what I like. I would recommend anybody to have a treatment here.
