Let’s just stop for a moment and give ourselves time to really figure out what we want and need when it comes to our body, health and fitness.
When we scroll through Instagram to find info about something that we’d like to feel more in control of, there’s so much to trawl through that we end up getting overwhelmed, which can lead to more confusion about how best to deal with the situation and where to start.
I know for sure that I can feel this way.
As a teacher of different movement modalities and a women’s health specialist, there’s so much I want to share with you but I also don’t want to add to your overwhelm and info overload.
