Let’s just stop for a moment and give ourselves time to really figure out what we want and need when it comes to our body, health and fitness.

When we scroll through Instagram to find info about something that we’d like to feel more in control of, there’s so much to trawl through that we end up getting overwhelmed, which can lead to more confusion about how best to deal with the situation and where to start.

I know for sure that I can feel this way.

As a teacher of different movement modalities and a women’s health specialist, there’s so much I want to share with you but I also don’t want to add to your overwhelm and info overload.

If there’s something you would like advice on that is within my scope of work then I’m very happy to help where I can.

Alignment = Hormonal Feedback in Perimenopause

Most people think posture is ‘cosmetic.’

Here’s what I see as a registered nurse:

Posture changes how you breathe — and how you regulate heat, sleep and hormones. If your ribs are compressed, breath becomes shallow, your stress system stays lit, and symptoms like night sweats and brain fog get worse.

A few alignment cues each morning can expand your breath, improve sleep and even reduce symptom spikes.

Today's 1‑minute cue: stand tall, slide your hands to your lower ribs, inhale to expand sideways, imagine 3 small balloons filling under the ribs, then exhale fully. Do this 5 times before bed if you can.

Why I do the work I do…

15 years ago I walked into my first yoga class feeling disconnected from my body and unsure if I’d ever feel strong again

What I found by stepping onto my mat wasn’t just a new way of working out; it felt like I was coming back to a place where I was meant to be.

I created this space and my yoga classes for people like me - who want to move with purpose, reconnect with their bodies, find a way to sit in silence with themselves and build quiet strength that shows up in every part of life.

Yesterday I had the absolute pleasure of co-hosting our Autumn Rest & Realign Yoga 1 day retreat with my fabulous friend Zoe from

We were so blessed with a wonderful group who were fully present and immersed in the day.

The stunning venue of in Brook was perfect and thankfully the sun was shining all day too.

We had a great day full of movement, journaling, reflection and just enjoying the time spent together, whilst we move from one season to the next.

We look forward to hosting more retreats together and to meeting new and old friends again in other stunning venues.

I want to help you feel better in your own body. To restore any areas of weakness or dysfunction. To rebalance your body using my own unique Purebody Method and then strengthen you from head to toe.

To reduce aches and pains and make you feel stronger, fitter and more able to do the things that you love. I am a nurse and women’s health coach too and work on a 121 basis with many people to provide a bespoke and tailored to you programme.

I teach mat Pilates classes and Barre classes in Surrey and also 121 Yoga, reformer pilates and classical Pilates. My classes are friendly and small in size to give you the best experience and individual attention. I work with all levels of ability and fitness.
