You can look like you’re coping and still feel completely disconnected from yourself.
You’re still:
•functioning
•working
•exercising
•supporting everyone else
•getting through the day
But underneath it all, you no longer feel like yourself.
Your body feels different.
Your energy feels different.
What used to work no longer seems to help in the same way.
And often the instinct is to push harder.
More discipline.
More routines.
More optimisation.
But what I’m seeing, both personally and professionally, is that women don’t actually need more pressure.
They need more support.
More understanding of what their body is carrying.
More nervous system regulation.
More intelligent movement.
More realistic well-being.
More permission to stop fighting themselves.
Because women deserve to feel strong, connected and supported in the body they live in now.
Not constantly at war with it.
